The BEAT Executive Committee consists of a diverse group of dedicated women, each bringing unique expertise and varying levels of engagement with professional practice. United by a shared goal, they collaborate to create opportunities for community-building, advocacy, networking, and mentorship to empower women in the design community. The Committee organizes and implements a series of events throughout the year. These events serve as platforms that foster connections among young professionals, students, and seasoned experts within the industry.

The BEAT Advisory Committee is comprised of a group of seasoned architects and professionals in the industry, as well as the past Chairs of the Executive Committee after their term is complete. The Advisory Committee works closely with the Executive Committee to provide networking and mentorship opportunities, while developing separate programs that support greater diversity and equity in the profession of architecture.
