The BEAT Executive Board consists of a diverse group of dedicated women, each bringing unique expertise and varying levels of engagement with professional practice. United by a shared goal, they collaborate to create opportunities for community-building, advocacy, networking, and mentorship to empower women in the design community. The Board organizes and implements a series of events throughout the year. These events serve as platforms that foster connections among young professionals, students, and seasoned experts within the industry.

BEAT ADVISORY BOARD

The BEAT Advisory Board is comprised of a group of seasoned architects and professionals in the industry, as well as the past Chairs of the Executive Board after their term is complete. The Advisory Board works closely with the Executive Board to provide networking and mentorship opportunities, while developing separate programs that support greater diversity and equity in the profession of architecture.
